Ali Levent Kilic is a senior operations and infrastructure leader with 20+ years in energy-sector critical infrastructure — most recently a senior manager at a major pipeline operator, before a 2025 layoff put him back in the very job market this book is about.

He now runs CoreSync Global Consulting while pivoting toward operations and capital-projects roles in critical facilities, including data centers. Every tactic here — the resume rebuild, the keyword matching, the outreach scripts, the interview framing — comes from a search he ran himself: the ghosting, the assumptions, the reset. He wrote the guide he wishes he'd had on day one.
